Is an alumni of the Culinary Institute of America with a food service management degree and Boston University receiving a master's degree in Gastronomy. Hospitality is her legacy, teaching is her purpose, and learning about food is her passion. When they were just three years old they saw how food had the potential to bring people joy, and have been pursuing gastronomy goals ever since. They are currently teaching courses at both illustrious academic institutions and are an advocate for co-learning. Cori/Corrine is also the founder of Coffee Colored Concepts, a culinary consulting firm.
